Individual Counseling
Individual counseling (sometimes called psychotherapy, talk therapy, or treatment) is a process through which clients work one-on-one with a trained mental health clinician in a safe, caring, and confidential environment
Group Support
Group Support is usually comprised of several people who meet face to face with one or two trained group therapists and talk about what most concerns them. Members listen to each other and openly express thoughts and feelings about what other members do or say.
Life Coaching
Life coaching aids our clients in improving their relationships, careers, and day-to-day lives. Life coaching can help you clarify your goals, identify the obstacles holding you back, and then come up with strategies for overcoming each obstacle.
